How the peg runs
  1. 1The coin is created on pump.fun with its own fee vault named as creator. Every trade pays the creator fee into that vault.
  2. 2The keeper reads the skin's live Skinport price and the coin's market cap every 30 seconds.
  3. 3Below the skin, it buys from the vault. Above it, it sells what it bought. Inside ±1.5% it holds.
  4. 4Nothing is minted and no SOL is pooled between coins. Each coin defends itself with what it has earned.
